Common questions
Will the AI change my product?
No. Every image is checked against your original photo for shape, colour, text and logo. If anything looks different, the image is made again. The white main image uses your real product, cut out from your photo.
Do I need a Shopify store?
No. You can download every image and the text, or share them to Instagram and WhatsApp. With Shopify connected, one tap puts the listing in your store, and you get 2 extra free listings.
What can FrameIQ see in my store?
Only products. It can add and update products, and nothing else: no orders, customers or payments. New listings arrive as drafts.
Do I need a good camera?
No. A phone is enough. The camera coach checks light, focus and angle, and tells you when to take the shot.
Which products work best?
Physical products you can hold or place on a table: skincare, candles, bags, bottles, home decor, accessories, packaged food. Clothing worn by a model isn't supported yet.
How long does one listing take?

Are my photos private?
Listing images and text are made with Google's paid Gemini service, which doesn't use your content to train its models. You can ask us to delete your photos at any time. The Privacy page lists every service we use.
